The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Manila respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

• Passport expression of interest: full name, contact number, email address and case type.
• Enquiry, appointment and citizen registration forms: the details you enter in the form.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your request, plan consular services such as passport intervention exercises, and contact you about them.

Who receives it

Form submissions are sent only to the Embassy’s official email addresses, embassy@nigeria-manila.org and manilanigeria@gmail.com, and are seen only by authorised Embassy staff.

How long we keep it

Passport expression of interest entries are deleted automatically from the website after 90 days. Other messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set only when Embassy staff sign in to manage the site.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by writing to embassy@nigeria-manila.org or manilanigeria@gmail.com.
